    • App-delivered agility body control training that builds athletic strength, agility, and control when accelerating, stopping on a dime, cutting, jumping and landing for athletes ages 13+. Four 7-minute sessions per week. No special equipment.

    Mobile app | Osteoarthritis Action Alliance | Free

    • Athletes access programs via a free mobile app and complete approximately 10 minutes of selected exercises at every practice. Coaches provide programs to athletes, using sample routines or combining exercises for custom playlists. Hosted by The Osteoarthritis Action Alliance (OAAA) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and endorsed by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA). Available resources include program website, coaches’ guide and video library.

All exercises are presented through videos with easy to follow instructions on how to perform the exercise correctly and with varying levels to make them more difficult and challenging as you progress.
