ABOUT THE AWARDS:

Coach of the Year Award

Awarded to one Girls Coach and one Boys Coach.

The Mass Youth Lacrosse Coach of the Year Award recognizes coaches who are about more than the final score. These coaches create a positive, supportive environment where every player can grow, compete, and enjoy the game. They teach sportsmanship, develop players of all ability levels, and make the season memorable for every child. Through their leadership, enthusiasm, and commitment, they leave a lasting impact on their team and community.

Sportsmanship Award

Awarded to one Girls Player and one Boys Player.

The Sportsmanship Award honors players who consistently demonstrate respect, integrity, and character on and off the field. These athletes compete with humility, treat teammates, opponents, officials, and coaches with respect, and represent the very best values of youth lacrosse.

Community Warrior Award

Awarded to an individual or town program.

The Community Warrior Award recognizes an individual or town program that goes above and beyond to strengthen their community. Whether through volunteerism, service, fundraising, outreach, or acts of kindness, this award celebrates those who make a meaningful impact both on and off the lacrosse field.
