For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse  include www.massyouthlax.org and MYL. The MYL website is a Youth Sports League site. By using the MYL website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

If you purchase MYL’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

Children Under Thirteen

MYL collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. MYL collects this information for the following reason(s): Massachusetts Youth Lacrosse collects name, birth date, gender, grade, and gender for all athletes who participate in an MYL town program, including children under the age of thirteen. The information collected is used exclusively to verify grade and age team eligibility and all information collected is provided by a parent or guardian over the age of eighteen.

We provide information about our personal data practices for children on our home page and wherever we knowingly collect personal data from children on our Web site. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
